Skill nursing care and the assistance of a Home Care aide allows the clients to convalesce
at home in the comfort of familiar surroundings. This may help facilitate
recovery while also being cost effective. The nurse initially assess
and continually monitor a clients needs to develop a care
plan. The nurse will co-ordinate and provide for medical care and
physical needs to include:
